Results driven professional with more than 13 years of experience working with international development agencies to strengthen trade and economic policies and practices in developing country contexts. Contributed technical knowledge to carry out high impact economic development assessments and wrote sections for successful proposals for trade facilitation, trade policy, and regional integration. Managed projects valued between $14 - 26 million in Latin America, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. Provided technical and management assistance to country teams, ensured compliance to donor regulations, and oversaw the production and submission of deliverables. Led and participated in teams to carry out research studies and prepared analytical reports for USAID, DIFID and local government ministries in the Dominican Republic, Cambodia, Uganda, Moldova, and the Maldives. In much of this work I used my data analytics skills, research experience using R and STATA statistical packages, and GIS analysis using the ArcGIS suite.
