Qualification, Skills and Experience: * I obtained the Degree of Master of Social Sciences in Economics including Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honors) in Economics from the University of Dhaka (No 3rd class from S.S.C to M.S.S exams). * Experience in administration, coordination, supervision, inspection, monitoring & evaluation & on report writing. * I have vast experience in doing budgetary & financial functions. * More than 25 years works experience including more than 7 years in development sector with a focus on governance & Transparency & also experience with child rights programming and advocacy. * Research experience on, economic development &, budget transparency. * Good knowledge on governance and advocacy with researching capacity. * I have drafting skill and ability to communicate complex issues clearly (both verbally and in writing). *Experience to work independently on own initiative to achieve the goal tight deadlines with team members and partner staff. * I am a man of proactive in taking work forward for achieving project goals to a set standard of quality. * As a former government officer, I have analytical and problem solving skills with ability to look at different sources of data & I have ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English and Bengali. * Easy access to different government offices & quite capable of maintaining relationship with key Gob stakeholders and also experience in managing partners fund & budget expenditures. * I am used to work under tremendous pressure & experience in complex decision making and leading a multi-disciplinary team & multi cultural people under difficult circumstances * Proven track record in interpersonal, multi-cultural people & team to achieve the goal in a complex working environment. * As a former government officer, good understanding of Gob's compliances for NGOs operation in Bangladesh. * Ability to contribute to civil society capacity building & public understanding on child rights, child rights governance, monitoring of child rights and reporting to UN frameworks. * I have ability to serve the overall objective of reducing governance related and financial barriers to service delivery to children. * Ability to ensure effective monitoring on child rights & to follow up government budget allocations & expenditure. * Ability to work collectively with others on the team & ability to conduct meetings. * Note writing. & good knowledge on computer knows how including power point Presentations. * Last gross salary was: BDT 1, 69000 (monthly) & expected salary: As per organizational rules. 25.01.21 Md.
