Summary

I would like to mention that my proven nineteen years’ experience on program design for community mobilization and capacity building on rights, gender, Violance aganist women and children, population and public health issues with UNFPA, UNDP, UNICEF, International and National Organizations in Bangladesh and Asia. My major expertise’s are programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation project on Gender Based Violence, migration, labor rights, trafficking, HIV/AIDS, Child Protection and Women Rights, and Maternal & Child Health. Nineteen years experience on capacity building program design, module development, training tools development and facilitation skill. I have very good track record on review, analysis and development of UN country programs on population and gender issues; skilled to provide technical support to project coordination unit of big projects, developing project proposal, AWP, budget, country strategy papers, project evaluation and analyzing work plans, drafting progress and training reports; skilled to provide technical support to develop monitoring and evaluation framework, select monitoring methodology, indicator and means of verification including M &E tools; experienced on capacity building of GO/NGO partners for monitoring development projects . As a team leader, I have ensured monitoring mechanism for SHEBIKA and NAISU projects developing tools for result framework, reporting mechanism and utilized lesson learnt for improving efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation; As a program manager of SHEBIKA, prepared policies, standards and guidelines for monitoring and evaluation activities; skilled to develop knowledge management and capacity building of GO/NGO partners; sound skilled on organize and facilitation national/international conference, seminar, workshop training, meetings and presented reports/papers and acted as interpreter and participate in policy dialogue and technical consultations; prepared TOR for capacity building workshop, research and other activities. I have gained expertise to design, implement and monitor life skill based training program, psychological counseling and training on HIV, CRC, Child Marraige, Minimun Initial Services for reproductive Health on Crisis, Training program on Standard Operating procedure for Gender Based Violance(GBV) for Police Officer with Ministry of Home Affairs. I have experience on working with low income internal migrants workers on trafficking and HIV/AIDS issues; experienced on plan, coordination and facilitation the technical meetings (e.g. TAC, NSC, PSC, PCC) and maintained close collaboration with different ministries of Bangladesh (e.g. MOHA, MOCI, MOHFW, MOWCA, MOSW, MOI) and international donor organizations. Presently, I am working with UNICEF Bangladesh as National Consultant for Enabling Environment for Child Rights project where covering Life Skilled Based Education(LSBE), Child Development Module(CDM) and CRC monitoring. I am providing good quality technical assistance for Ministry of Women & Children Affairs to implement projects in 20 UNDAF districts with GO/NGO partners; have sound knowledge on result based management and right based approaches. I have completed two masters degree in Public Administration and Public Health with two post graduate diplomas in Personnel Management and Health Economics. I have proven technical and managerial competences and vast experience two lead multi cultural teams.
