I specialize in rights-based development, grantmaking and program management with a deep knowledge and experience in advancing children, youth and women’s rights, and strengthening non-profit capacities to deliver high quality programs. Over 18 years of my career, I have managed programs on child rights, youth and women empowerment with a focus on right to education and skill building, economic empowerment, reproductive health, and gender integration extending technical assistance to national and international organizations primarily in South Asia region. In doing this, I have remained committed to empowering underserved and underfunded organizations to strengthen their influence in policy and programming in the development space.
