Summary

Over 20 years extensive experience working with the donor community in the energy sector both in her home country and internationally for donor agencies including USAID, EBRD, IFC. Expertise in issues related to the energy sector regulation, unbundling and power sector reform, licensing and dispute settlement procedures, market monitoring, security of supply issues, clean energy and renewable, energy efficiency, transmission system operation, permitting and authorization of new generation capacities, as well as other energy and regulatory issues including drafting primary (laws) and secondary (by-laws) energy sector legislation. Currently employed as independent consultant / energy regulatory lawyer. Countries of work experience: Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Greece, South Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda and Rwanda.
