I am interested in public administration and international communications. Influenced by my travels and time living abroad in Ecuador, Spain, and China, I have a keen understanding of other cultures, business structure, and customer needs. During my graduate studies in the Master of Public Administration program at UNC Chapel Hill, my specialty area was focused on local economic development and included a fellowship with the Urban Institute’s Center on Labor, Human Services and Population on workplace culture. Currently, I work as a legal volunteer with the Washington Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights And Urban Affairs and serve as the United Women in Business Foundation DC Vice President of Philanthropy. My long-term goals are to work on public relations and legal advocacy on international issues.
