Dr Michael Kizza is a Civil Engineer and Water Resources Engineering and Management Expert with 18 years of experience in teaching, research, consultancy and management. He has a PhD in Engineering with specialization in Water Resources Engineering and Management. He has carried out research and published papers in areas of hydrology, water resources and water and sanitation. His research is published in highly reputed international journals. As consultant he has worked on projects related to planning, design, construction and management of projects in areas of water supply and sanitation, hydropower, road and highway drainage, water resources management, urban drainage, among others. He has executed many water engineering assignments at various stages including conceptualization, planning, design and management. He has wide international experience having worked on projects in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Sudan and Rwanda. He has worked on government funded and donor funded projects. Dr. Michael Kizza is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMI ID 2159524).
