I am a highly motivated and accomplished legal professional with more than 45 years of experience in providing sound legal advice and guidance on diverse legal issues, particularly corporate and commercial matters, project development and finance. I have extensive experience particularly in infrastructure and energy (electricity) projects, privatizations, PPPs, project financing, corporate restructuring and corporate governance and real estate with a specialty in hotel and other commercial property developments. I have also provided representation in capital markets transactions. I try to be proactive and am solutions-driven to secure optimum results. I have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills which have served me well in my career. After over 45 years practising law in a law firm, I am seeking a new remote/WFH or hybrid position in which I can utilize my extensive experience to add value to an organization or to a project.
