Summary

Mike Reeves brings nearly 20 years of experience in strengthening international public health programs especially those focused on infectious diseases such as HIV, TB, malaria, and global health security. His expertise includes monitoring and evaluation, survey design, results verification, organizational capacity assessments, costing of programs, design of performance-based financing mechanisms, strategic planning, and business development. Mike works and collaborates with a range of international donors including USAID, CDC, PEPFAR, The Global Fund, and Unitaid. He regularly leads teams to evaluate and assess programs supported by these donors in lower and middle-income countries (LMICS). He has extensive business development and proposal experience including leading capture efforts, proposal management, and technical writing. He has completed proposal writing and capture training through Shipley Associates. Mike has led winning proposal efforts across a range of donors including USAID, CDC, the Global Fund, and Unitaid.
