A peacebuilding expert and an entrepreneur with over 24 years of research and donor-funded program management experience in the areas of democratization, ceasefire negotiation and implementation, federalism and security sector reform dialogues, and conflict monitoring mechanism. I set up the most extensive nationwide survey networks in Afghanistan and played key technical roles in Myanmar's peace process, which resulted in one multilateral and 15 bilateral ceasefire agreements and three parts of a peace accord.
