An international banking and corporate lawyer with a practice that embraces advising multinational corporate clients, private banks and investment advisors, international financial institutions and multilateral development banks, and developing country governments, on structuring, implementation, and operations of complex cross border investments and transactions in frontier and emerging markets. Activities have included advising on PPP projects in Central Asia and Africa, and on a range of project and corporate matters in Angola, Rwanda, Kenya, Zambia, The Gambia and Nigeria. Her career has included work on legal and policy reform, financial sector developments and AML/CFT, and investment climate issues. She represented EBRD extensively from 1993-2007 and then served as Senior Counsel with the Asian Development Bank supporting public and private sector operations in diverse Asian jurisdictions such as Nepal, Bangladesh, India, China and the Pacific.
