- Designed and led organizational financial strategy in local(national) and international context. - Designed and implemented operational plans goals and objectives for the organization full outcome of projects. - Supervised annual budget preparation and other top-level financial matters. - Informed directorates of budgetary review and approval procedures. - As part of the SLT I currently lead the Organisational Management Team in making key decisions regarding the implementation of the strategy - Manage the day-to-day operations of a project and manage scope, including meeting project schedules, tasks, and submitting quality deliverables on time. - Training on IT systems purchasing, logistics and supply - Assessing the existing financial management system, procedures and practices and identify capacity gaps for Training on Compliance and Risks in management and internal controls
