Environmental Policy and Management expert with a PhD degree in Natural Resource Management (NRM) and with more than 13 years of working experience including at UNDP, the World Bank, and JICA. Seeking to promote a Circular Economy (CE) and Environmental Sustainability, led numerous NRM and environmental initiatives including "Circular Economy", “Combatting Marine Plastic Pollution”, “Environmental Governance Reform”, "Sustainable NRM", "Payments for Ecosystem Services (PES)” and “REDD+”. The editor and lead author for the UNDP flagship Human Development Report “Sustaining Natural Resources for All” in Cambodia (2019).
