15 years working for the IRC; almost 7 years being as Deputy Director for Operations in most challenging countries; Sudan, Iraq, Liberia and Kenya. More than 4 years as Country Director in Kenya and Yemen. Experienced in various donors policies and regulations such as USAID: OFDA/ BPRM, EU:ECHO, SV, DFID, in addition to AusAid, UN agencies, private donors, etc… in addition to the wealthy experience in the organizational internal policies & procedures. Develop country strategies to achieve optimum organization’s goals in assisting affected population to live a better life. Recipient of the SARLO Global Humanitarian Award in 2009 for distinguished Humanitarian workers. Complete several number of training programs organized by the IRC over the years. One of which is the L.E.A.D (Leadership Excellence and Development) program for 12 months targeted employee on Level 4 and above. The program aims to excellence the leaders on stage 3 and 4. Attend and certified for a full week training from Center of Creative Leadership in Belgium. Over the course of my career, I have developed excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and staff. I have very strong and wealthy oversees experience between Africa and Middle East countries. I have several years of experience working in challenging contexts which allows me to handle the most difficult working environments and working with various stakeholders building strong relationships.
