Moses is an experienced Program Management Specialist with over 15 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning with a strong focus on high-quality data management and use systems. Has vast experience in social and behavior change communication, health supply chain, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, malaria, laboratory services, and reproductive maternal and neonatal child health implementation. He has the experience and knowledge to design and implement highly successful learning, evidence, and knowledge management strategies for informed decision-making and adaptive program management. Liaise with government officials and various donors and familiar with donor requirements from, UNICEF, UNFPA, Global Fund, USAID, World Bank and CDC. He holds a Master of Public Health, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics. Proficient in STATA, R, Power BI, Excel, DHIS2, and KoboTool Box.
