I have about fifteen (15) years of experience in communication, capacity development, monitoring and evaluation, and project management at national and international levels. I have been researching the role of learning in agricultural research performance and the contribution of evaluation in enhancing the impact of development interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa. I strongly believes that the effective involvement of all stakeholders in the design and implementation of all development initiatives but also in multi-stakeholder dialogues is key to effectively address complex issues such as sustainable development, food security, and climate change. I am dedicated, reliable and have strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
