Ms. Makgalo is corporate social investment and development expert with M.Sc. in Health Education. Dynamic, results-oriented professional with over 15 years of progressive and diverse experience as a technical director, manager, strategist, technical advisor, and evaluator of health and development programs. Expertise in managing complex global, regional, and country-level programs, including managing program technical, operational, and financial aspects. Demonstrated competence in fund management coordinating and collaborating with a broad range of multidisciplinary partners including governments, nongovernmental organizations and the private sector. Proven ability to conduct research, analyse and communicate results and use evidence to influence policy change and improvement of health systems. Before joining BroadReach Healthcare, Mpadi held strategic leadership positions Harambe Advisory Service, AT&T Canada, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Futures Group International and Tshikululu Social Investments.
