I, Muhammad Abdullah Bin Masood completed BSc. (Hons) Agriculture with Major Food Technology and securing 3.98 CGPA out of 4, has received Laptop in Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme Phase 3, won food product development completion twice with 1st and 2nd positions respectively. I have excellent grip over the subject of food science and technology including food quality. Fluently speaking in English, risk taker, problem solving skill, able to work under pressure, positivity, honesty, trustworthiness, time bound, leadership, team work and respectful attitude toward superiors and sub-ordinates are my soft skills that add more fuel to my capabilities to distinguish myself from other applicants. Besides these I have attained certified short courses from world’s top universities regarding Food science, IT and business management. Also, I have participated as presenter and participant in various conferences related to several subject areas of Food science, Food safety and Nutrition. Moreover, I have written and presented 3 abstract papers at conferences regarding nutrition and food science and a few inauguration and closing speeches for Vice-chancellor, Dean and institutional Directors in conferences, seminars and workshops focusing food science, nutrition and technology that I have also attended. Also, the basic knowledge about good laboratory practices and latest food safety systems i.e. HACCP, GMP, GHP and ISO 22000 and their implementation have added more fuel to my selection for the required post/program. In addition, during my 4-year university study I have prepared various beverage, bakery, dairy, confectionery, and meat product that always get appreciation from my instructors, teachers and fellow students. Also, I have presented these products in the completions discussed earlier. Mostly, with basics in product development, I carefully carve out innovations thus making products more attractive, nutritious and economical. Supporting and understand the FAO and WHO goal, I would ensure highest sense of integrity with my profession of food science and technology while starting career at your esteemed organization/company. With respect to products development, I possess adequate knowledge over food groups (fat, meat, dairy, fruits, nuts, vegetables and fruits), their appropriate proportions for making nutritious food products without compromising quality and safety.
