I am a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Demography and Economics) and I have over 9 years of extensive experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Program Implementation. I am creative and innovative with the ability to analyze, synthesize, evaluate, research, and make data driven decisions. I am proficient in complex data cleaning and analysis in the following statistical packages; Microsoft Excel/Access, STATA, SPSS (Syntax module and interactive mode), Tableau and I am currently learning SQL and R with Google (Data Analytics Professional Certificate). I have a proven track record of Research techniques and methodologies, M&E, QA/QC, database management, data analysis and report writing. I also have substantial experience working on projects funded by International organizations (USAID/PEPFAR). In my previous positions, I worked on the development of Data Warehousing for Professional Life Assurance Company (now Prudential Life Assurance) and I also worked on the development of the Children International’s Program Results Framework with five strategic objectives. This involved identification of the ToC (Theory of Change), linking it to the Results framework and the log-frameworks and included formulation of the performance monitoring plan (PMP)/or Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT) to capture project performance and results including routine service delivery in data reporting. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Public Health Degree from the University of Lusaka.
