Working in development and humanitarian sectors for 14 years, having expertise in humanitarian response mechanism, knowledge of application of Disaster Risk Management approaches, Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM), Community Development initiatives and strong collaboration skills in working with National Disaster Management Authorities (NDMA) and other Government Departments at District, Provincial and National Level. Technical expertise in adaptation and resilience agriculture, livelihood, wash, food, shelter and community restoration component of humanitarian assistance. Practical experiences in proposal Writing, innovation, good governance, particularly Accountability, Protection and political systems, and with experience of technical inputs and service delivery related to education, migration, and empowerment of women and girls. Strong program management skills, Financial Management, Compliance, development of Policies & Procedures and with demonstrated ability leading diverse teams to deliver a broad project portfolio in line with best practice. Geographical experiences includes on South Asia, East Asia and South East Asia. Particular experience of transformation of ideas into national level campaign particularity climate change adaptation with title "One Million Tree Plantation Campaign".
