From 1995 to 2017, I worked in Vietnam at the Christina Noble Children's Foundation ('CNCF'), from 1995 as general manager, and assistant to Christina Noble, and from 2003, as the Foundation's Vietnam Country Director and accredited legal representative. Over that time the Foundation grew from a registered charity and NGO assisting children in need with a staff of five and annual in-country budget of US$60K to the leading private NGO operating in Vietnam, with a staff of 40 and annual in-country budget of US$2m. The work of the Foundation in Vietnam has won innumerable awards from Vietnam Government agencies and has achieved global recognition.
