With a robust background spanning over 12 years as a seasoned gender analysis expert, my work has been pivotal in addressing a multitude of gender-related challenges, such as violence against women and girls, political engagement and leadership, economic empowerment, governance, and disaster risk reduction. My approach prioritizes a 'do no harm' ethos, ensuring inclusivity across diverse communities and their distinct needs. Over the course of 9 years, I have designed forward-looking, risk-informed programs for esteemed organizations like UN Women, UNDP, and UNFPA. My expertise extends to diverse regions, including Trinidad and Tobago, Laos, Nepal, Liberia, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Libya and is characterized by tailored solutions aligned with organizational mandates and the synergies of collaborative development partners. My strengths lie in my proficiency in systems thinking, multi-year strategy planning, and close collaboration with program and operations teams, regional offices, and headquarters. These efforts are underscored by extensive consultations with governmental bodies, UN agencies, international partners, civil society groups, and local communities.
