- Twenty-three (23) years of practical experience in designing, managing and monitoring primary health care projects and HIV/AIDS projects with a focus on health systems strengthening in resource-constrained countries - Robust project management and leadership skills accumulated through the implementation of various projects - Strong field perspectives based on a broad range of field experiences from grassroots/community level to national/central ministry level - Expertise in coordination and negotiation with international development partners such as WHO, CDC, and others, demonstrated in Sierra Leone and Tanzania - In-depth knowledge and practical experience in quality improvement of health service - Analytical and strategic thinker able to analyze data collected from routine work, identify and conceptualize issues, visualize and present them, facilitate problem-solving and documentation process
