Develop professional and business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners and sponsors including federal grant-making agencies NIH, NSF, HRSA, DOE, USAID, DOS and Private Foundations and Industry. Mr. Seddiq has a long career in higher education and nonprofit organizations’ financial, accounting and administrative management with extensive knowledge of pre-award, award and post-award administration, compliance and accounting processes under grants, contracts and cooperative agreements. In his position, he reviews and contributes to proposals development for submission to sponsors. He reviews non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, requests for proposals, subcontract agreements and subaward/subrecipient management, consulting agreements in accordance with established institutional policies and statutory/regulatory requirements. In international development, Mr. Seddiq worked with universities, TVET institutes, high schools and various government ministries. He is skilled in program design, strategic planning, implementation management to improve facility and community level learning and teaching services. Holding senior position as Assistant Director, Associate Director, Chief of Party (COP), Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), Director of Finance in higher education institutions and nonprofit organization.
