I am currently Team-Lead Product Support of the Financial Inclusion Services unit (under eBusiness Group) of FirstBank; I am saddled with the responsibility of Product Support, Finance & Operations, Agents and customer support that have processed over 1.5 trillion transaction on USSD platform (within 1year) and over 40billion transactions value on Agent Banking less than a year and still counting, revenue assurance and performance management, as well as market intelligence function of the unit.
