With my theoretical and practical quantitative background (Master of Science in Public Economics and Applied Statistics) backed by the practice of qualitative methods in the field and many additional pieces of training, I possess more than ten years of progressive experience in a wide range of issues associated with planning, monitoring, and evaluation (PM&E). I gained extensive expertise in designing and implementing experimental and non – experimental evaluations, conducting extensive surveys (including household surveys), managing complex data, ensuring data quality, reporting, developing M&E plans for projects, as well as deploying Results Based Management, and training people for its appropriation. Besides this, I present robust experience in budgeting surveys, evaluations, and managing budgets and staff. I am familiar with the most used statistical software (R, Stata, etc.) for data management and analysis. Throughout my career, I worked in Health System Strengthening, Immunization, Performance Based Financing, HIV/AIDS, Education, Child Protection, Nutrition, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Communication, and Migration.
