Ousséni Kinda is an economist and evaluator with knowledge of new development trends. He has the requisite skills to develop, implement and manage integrated approaches to development challenges. He also has sound competencies in capacity-building, performance management, resources management, planning and organizing. He has worked with assistance projects in areas that include agricultural water management, gender, environment, microfinance, and health. His areas of interest span research, econometrics, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation, climate change, and other relevant topics in the field of development. He has a good experience as trainer on gender and development as well as on gender responsive planning, and monitoring and evaluation. Thanks to previous positions, he has developed managerial qualities with the capacity to orient, motivate and manage a task team. He is member of numerous monitoring and evaluation networks notably for the promotion of evaluation. He is open-minded with multicultural communication skills, flexible and willing to work in a collaborative and fast –paced environment.
