I have professional experience working on corporate strategy, financial consulting, research, policy and international development economics for private and public sectors in Latin America and France. I hold an MIE/ID Master in International Development Economics from University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne and a Master in Public Administration from ENA (Ecole Nationale d´Administration – French Government and Strasbourg University).
