Patricia Lumba

I am a Zambian lady with over 15 years’ experience in information, knowledge management and development communications, and have worked in local and regional international development organizations, NGOs and government institutes promoting sustainable development (water security and climate change, and economic development and poverty alleviation). My education comprises a Masters of Philosophy in Information and Knowledge Management (University of Cape Town, South Africa), and a Degree in Information and Library Studies (Loughborough University, UK). I am proficient in the use of traditional and modern knowledge management and communication tools. I further have excellent knowledge of undertaking knowledge management assessments and social science research. My understanding of the dynamics of policy processes, NGO operations, learning, partnership and networking would be an asset to any development process.
