Asia is my geographic specialty with a typical IPE focus on comparative capitalist systems. I also have a development perspective with deep knowledge on Japan and its modernization esp. in contrast to South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and India. I'm heavy on economics and business (esp. high tech) development including production networks & global value chains & free trade agreements, and I also have a good grounding in related development needed for successful growth such as energy, infrastructure, social development, education and politics.
