Patrick Fine is Vice President for Compact Operations for the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Previously, Mr. Fine served as a Senior Vice President at the Academy for Educational Development and Director of the Global Education Center. Mr. Fine also served at USAID as the senior Deputy Assistant Administrator in the Africa Bureau and a member of the Senior Foreign Service.
