● Eight (8) years of work experience managing resilience, youth inclusion and engagement, humanitarian response programs nutrition, WASH and maternal Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) at senior level in INGO settings where I led in business planning, project team oversight, stakeholder engagement and project scope management. ● In-depth knowledge and great expertize in development of high-quality project reports, technical briefs and presentations. ● Demonstrable expertise in managing large-scale, complex multi-national project contexts overseeing teams across various regions and ensuring seamless coordination between implementing partners, donors, and local government authorities. ● Demonstrable skills and experience managing a multi-year, donor-funded humanitarian program with an annual budget exceeding $5 million, ensuring full compliance with donor requirements. ● Five years of successful management of senior project/program staff directly managing performance.
