Penny completed a Master of Arts degree in Communication for Social and Behavioural Change and counts as her key skills being detail-oriented and task driven. She has worked for UNDP, PAHO, UNICEF, the U.W.I., among others and has acted as point-person on several regional research initiatives. She has a keen interest in community development, empowerment and social change.
