I have extensive experience in Public & Private Sectors, plus Civil Service Reforms, including within Governance Arrangements, Human Resources Development, Organizational Development and Change Management, particularly within developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including Cambodia, Laos, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Vietnam, etc. and in Afghanistan - as well as experience with reforming and restructuring of State-owned Enterprises (SOEs).
