I have extensive experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. I have also experience of developing data collection tools, conducting risk assessments, analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings. I have worked in different developmental and emergency projects of different donors. I have Master's degree in Biostatistics and Health Informatics from Mekelle University (2013), a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Addis Ababa University (2006), and a Master Certificate in Data Science (2022). I am currently working for the World Health Organization Ethiopia as an M&E Officer. Previously, I held positions as the Regional Data Coordinator at Population Council in Gambella, MEAL Manager and Senior M&E Officer at the International Rescue Committee in Addis Ababa and Gambella, and the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Gambella's regional Health Bureau. Through these roles, I have become highly skilled at using data to monitor and evaluate program success and visualization. I believe high-quality, timely data is essential for guiding project and program management. My approach has always been to provide teams with robust data management and M&E services to suit their needs. I have extensive experience managing planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning using databases and data storage solutions. I always apply these skills to develop data-driven applications that would benefit the organizations.
