Mr. R. Drake Warrick has over 30 years of experience leading large teams of international and local professionals. A strategic advisor and executive leader with repeated success driving organizational design for multi-national organizations of varying size and function. Mr. Warrick offers broad and extensive leadership experience providing vision and direction in developing strategies that integrate programmatic and operational aspects of overarching initiatives to ensure relevance and alignment with long and short-term goals and priorities. Keen aptitude for leading and implementing high visibility projects from ideation through handover, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project requirements. Mr. Warrick has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively inspire large groups and councils to secure comprehensive buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. Mr. Warrick has successfully managed and implemented projects in a Chief of Party (COP) capacity. He has also held other senior management roles, including Senior Systems Strengthening Advisor on the $44 million Nigeria Northern Education Initiative (NEI); EMIS Advisor on the $90 million Pakistan EDLINKS; Information Technology Coordinator and Trainer, Mozambique, CARE International; and Change Agent and Training Coordinator, TAF Company Management Consultants, Kenya. In addition, Mr. Warrick has long-term experience in sub-Saharan Africa implementing education projects and is experienced working in challenging political climates and in conflict-affected countries.
