Rachel is a gender equality and social inclusion specialist with over five years of experience in both the non profit sector and the federal government. She has lived and worked in The Gambia as well as consulted for organizations in Rwanda, Ghana and Ethiopia. She has extensive experience providing gender technical assistance and designing and facilitation gender equality trainings. Most recently, she completed her coursework for her Master of Public Administration degree focused on gender equality and human rights from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. While in graduate school, Rachel worked with the local rape crisis center, providing psycho social support to sexual assault survivors. Rachel is actively seeking gender technical assistance positions and consultancies in the Washington, DC area.
