Throughout my 30 years of service with well-respected domestic and multinational FMCG and B2B companies in diverse positions and through various functional training, I had the opportunity to develop skills such as leadership, team working, decision making in crisis, strategic thinking and working with multi priorities. I have also gained extensive experience in change management, business planning, P&L management, working in company management boards, people management, delegating, risk taking, establishing and leading sales teams and distribution structures, key account and distributor network management, FMCG and B2B sales. As an energetic, experienced, analytical, decisive and a result and team-oriented leader, I believe I can add value to the organization I work by combining my academic, business and commercial backgrounds in a way to create synergy between them.
