Experimentation, critical thinking, use of conceptual frameworks along with rigorous analysis in a interdisciplinary team environment are some of the strategies that I tend to use to deal with conundrums and challenges. I have extensive experience in a range of sectors including arts and culture, agriculture, international trade, finance, health, community/not for profit, hospitality and taxation. I am comfortable moving between various organisational functions-business design and strategy, people management, leadership development, business development, business intelligence as well as client and stakeholder relationships. I like to design and deliver national and international capacity and capability building and leadership events.
