Ramla Khalidi is the UNDP Resident Representative in Viet Nam, leading integrated, evidence‑based programming that advances inclusive and sustainable development. She brings 30+ years in development and policy research, with 25 years across UNDP and the UN Secretariat. Previously, as UNDP Resident Representative in Syria, she directed a resilience and early‑recovery portfolio, mobilizing ~$50M annually and overseeing nine area offices and a 130‑person team. At ESCWA, she led organization‑wide strategic planning for the 2030 Agenda and SDGs and deepened partnerships with governments, donors, UN agencies and civil society.
