I am an independent consultant with Masters Degree in Agricultural economics and work experience in public sectors, the civil society and donors including DFID, EC, USAID, World Bank, UN organizations. I have key qualification in PCM (Programme/project identification, formulation/design and appraisal of CSP, sector strategy and the evaluation with strong expertise and experience in the application of OECD- DAC criteria (relevance/appropriateness, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability, etc) for project impact assessment, mid-term review, impact evaluations and monitoring Specific areas of expertise are agriculture and rural development, livelihoods and food security, public basic service (education, health, WASH), DRM, climate change adaptation and resilience building along with crosscutting issues (gender, HIV/AIDS, etc). I also have strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods along with very report writing ability.
