I am a finance and administrative specialist I am responsible for the maintenance of all financial records in the state office, collecting and monitoring revenue, processing payments as well as preparing accurate and timely financial reports, I also demonstrate great organizational skills, keenness for the small details, ability to prioritize and great communication skills.

Implementation of operational strategies
Administration of finance
Support to administration
Support for human resources management
Support to travel arrangements: Prepare travel and logistical arrangements for the staff
and consultants; arrange itineraries, visas, security clearances,
accommodation, prepare appropriate requisitions. Draft logistical notes, arrange the logistics including visa and liaise with event participants. Certification of travel claims.
Support facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing
Other duties of similar nature assigned by the Programme Manager and/or Operations Manager
