Richlue O. BURPHY is a development practitioner and a media and public relations professional with vast knowledge and experiences that has grown him into a development communications specialist. My specialties are in land and other natural resources, community engagement and organization, rural development, social and behavioral change communications and other fields of programming. I have experiences working with local, national and international organizations managing communications and outreach programs and projects implementation. I’m also a humanitarian with a heart and passion for children and my charity programs run into villages to lift lives, inspire hopes and brighten smiles. Importantly too, I am an advocate and activist for societal development and progress.
