I have more than 15 years of experience in the development field. I have worked as Gender and Social Inclusion Expert and MEL Expert for various large scale projects funded by DFID, USAID, UNDP and others. I have experience on conflict sensitivity, mediation, negotiation and dialogue. I have worked as Team Leader and GESI expert in various research, baseline, mid-term and evaluation projects. I have worked on Community Security and Justice and security projects while in Saferworld. I have experience of managing project on peacebuilding while in UNDP as a regional coordinator. I also have experience of training facilitation and training design.
