Summary

I am a Livelihoods and Market Systems Development (MSD) practitioner with ten (10) years of experience in extensive field operations in refugee/humanitarian response, recovery, and development contexts at the program management level and now portfolio. And these are programs that blended packages of immediate term assistance while strengthening livelihoods promoting long-term resilience and supporting markets (MSD projects). During this time, I have also been exposed to leading teams, multi-sector consortium management, managing multiple budgets, program development, designing and conducting assessments (market assessments in both humanitarian, market price & development context, House Economy Analysis, Resilience analysis), Graduation model programming, market-based programming including cash transfer programming, leading in development manuals & standard operation procedures and enforced them, participated in strategic level work, managed private sector partnerships, security management, national-level working groups and managed relationships with government and donors and lead activities that involving these partners (e.g. humanitarian market assessment for Palabek refugee settlement).
