Record of more than 1.500 legal proceedings in court, representing clients based on German and EU legislation and ECJ decisions during the past 22 years. Representation of clients many times at the highest German court (Bundesgerichtshof) and one of a few lawyers entitled to carry the title "Masters of law in energy and environment". Since 1997, work in 33 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and the USA, drafting and implementing environmental, and health law, institution building as well as providing training on environmental, and health law.
