Rodolphe Gabriel is a humanitarian and solidarity jobs expert with more than 14 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector, across the MENA region. Throughout his work with leading international development organizations (such as Diakonia...), he has successfully managed a wide variety of programmes and projects, focused on human rights issues such as child protection, labor rights, gender mainstreaming and economic development as well as influencing policymakers. He has proven skills in setting and achieving goals through developing sound programme quality and organizational development systems and tools, as well building and leading strong skilled teams in a cross-cultural environment. Rodolphe is also a university instructor, trainer, coach, and expert in planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (P-MEAL), core humanitarian standards (CHS) and strategy development.
