I am a physician and finished my master's in public health at the University of the Philippines. I have more than 25 years of experience in Health Program Management, Capacity Building, and Health Systems Strengthening with vast experiences working for the Department of Health and USAID. Currently, I work with Vital Strategies as a Technical Lead to a health program in support of Smoke-Free policy implementation. I also worked with Chemonics International on a Human Resources Development Project and also served as Country Technical Lead for the UK-funded Better Health Program. Other previous engagements with Phil NGO Council as Deputy Executive Director and worked with Project HOPE, a US-based NGO as Program Director/Country Manager of a Maternal, Child Health and Nutrition Project in the Philippines.
