I am a development worker and policy analyst with a solid 17 years experience in Local Government, 8 years of which is spent on senior leadership posts. Visionary and strategic, I handled special project portfolio under the Office of the Governor in 2012-2014. My stint at the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office since 2014 up to now has led to spikes in revenue collection, peaking to P36 million in 2019.
