A Public Health Specialist with over 17 years experience, served in HIV, gender justice, human rights and sexual and reproductive health related developmental responses. This has included policy advocacy and development, multi-country and national project management, community systems strengthening and organisational development in Africa. These pursuits have involved working with (and for) children, adolescents, women, traditional and political leaders, and key populations including sex workers, LGBTQI and marginalised populations. Rouzeh has collaborated directly, and forged partnerships, with a wide range of civil society networks, Government bodies and Ministries, aid agencies, bilateral and multilateral partners including members of the UN family, USAID, FHI360, SDC, Sweden/Sida, Save the Children, OSISA, Hivos, Global Fund, Irish Aid and Aidsfonds, community groups, media houses and regional economic communities bodies such as SADC Parliamentary Forum and SADC Secretariat. She has over 13 years experience in resource mobilization, strategic planning, risk management, leadership building, negotiation and diplomacy; and 7 years experience in clinical physiotherapy, health systems research and management. She currently services as an Executive Director of a regional NGO covering 16 countries in the SADC region.
